Nice cruise video. I'm heading over to your you-tube video list in search of a video explaining how the casino point system works. How to earn points, where points earned are listed and how to use earned points for cruise discounts. If you haven't made a video about the points system...maybe you should?

Have you found it? I don't think I did but I'm not always the best at searches. I'm also thinking maybe Chris Wong (he works in the Casino for Royal and is currently on the Icon on a host) may have some info. Personally I don't gamble so I'm REALLY frugal if I play. I mean less than $100 and that's for a Journey cruise (14 days). Tops $50 for 7 days.

The helipad is a great place to watch sail away!!! It is a little quieter and the panoramic views are awesome!!

Oh, the rating system on the belly flop contest DEFINITELY needs to change! I know that's how they make it last a lot longer, but you're right - the novelty wears off after the first couple of times. Dee, LOVE the sweater you're wearing in the wrap-up. If you can, please provide a link. Pretty and looks cozy!

That is the first time I have seen the pool deck chairs with warnings that reserving chairs is not allowed. Did you notice if it was enforced? I look forward to Jay's "Hello friend" every day. He seems like he would genuinely mean it too. Royal should mark those doors more clearly if they lead to crew only areas.

Dee and Jay what is so good about pre check.my husband talked me into doing it this year cause we are flying to Seattle to go on 3 cruises to Alaska,Hawaii,and panama canal b2b.

Nice! We love TSA PreCheck. A special fast track line at security, no removing your shoes, no taking electronics or liquids out of your bags, no body scanner machines. So much easier!!

Will they accept tips without using the envelope? Like if I want to tip the room steward or people on top of the "normal" prepaid gratuities can I do that w/out the envelope?

Sure! You can hand cash to or leave cash for anyone you like, no envelope needed!! :D

Question: How was the bed? I know you complained about RCCL beds in the past? The reason I hesitate to cruise with them, the bed was so bad on Navigator of the seas.

This one was surprisingly okay. Slightly firm, but nothing like the unpadded boards we’ve made on most of their ships!! :P

We’ve seen bill slots and obviously room keycard slots for cabin changes, but no coin slots these days. Dang!! :P

We already receive offers from our casino experimentation in 2021 and 2022, but we were hoping to refresh the relationship. We shall see what happens when the annual reset happens in April!!

Only one person needs to qualify in order to receive offers, so we were both playing on one card that day.

Sure we do! Since we are only lacking three of their ships to complete the entire Carnival fleet, we don’t sell them as much anymore because we try not to do as many repeats. We’re always looking for something new! But we do definitely still sail Carnival, ha ha!! :P
