So now the story is out. Appears, that the prep was trying to evade the fair, NYPD officers try stopping him, once they caught up to him, the prep pulled out a knife, NYPD told the prep to (drop the knife) he didn’t NYPD tased him and it had no affect. He was continuing to fight started to swing back with the knife and NYPD officers shot him. The officers fired recklessly because some stray bullets hit one of their own officers and 2 bystanders, while bringing down the prep. Both are at fault. I’ve been caught for not paying the fair, but I never needed the need to pull out a knife. I just took the ticket and that was it. So that’s the Preps fault. But it’s also NYPD fault because how reckless you shooting that you hurt another officer and bystanders.
