There’s just something in the Brazilian tap water. Unbelievable amount of musicianship coming out of there.
@R.C.F.20964 ай бұрын
I think there's more than that: every country in the world "produces" people with musical talent. Now, why some countries have the greatest number of famous musicians? I think there's nothing to do with musical talent, but with (1) conditions of life, and (2) the insertion of the country in the "musical system". This "musical system" is the structure formed by, among other things, a imposition of musical taste (nearly all the popular music in the world has american influences) that by it's turn is influenced by economic dominance. So, a country that has certain conditions of life in which music is important, and whose music coadunates well with the dominant taste (the american taste), has good chances of produce musicians recognized abroad.
