General principle in this videos is that red is the snare, hi-hat is the yellow. Blue is typically a half-open hi-hat, but can be a crash cymbal in some cases. Orange is typically a crash cymbal. When there's a fill, you'll usually see the red, blue, orange, and green dots come up. Red is snare, blue to orange to green are your toms from highest to lowest. As a drummer who enjoys these drumless tracks, I recommend that you only use the guitar-hero graphics as a guideline or a pickup in case you get lost. Listen to these songs on your own time and learn the structure of the songs (verse, chorus, bridge) and how the drums differ from each section. Take note of when the drums are silent and when fills occur (you'll come to learn that most songs transition between sections when the measure is a multiple of four, ex. this is true from Verse_1B to Chorus_1 of this song since the transition is made after 8 measures). In the end, play how you want to play. Covering the studio version note for note can be quite dull, and I highly encourage you come up with your own interpretation of the drums for any drumless track, solos and fills included. It's a great exercise in creativity, rhythm, and to see where your influences come from.
