I've been trying to do hardcore freelancer and selecting SA when possible while using Freelancer variations mod and Any NPC can be a target mod and it's the hardest thing ever but it's so fun. Glad I can learn some tricks from you here :)

I always play the normal missions SA, and use freelancer as a chance to let loose and not worry about killing non targets or getting caught. It’s pretty liberating

Any chance of doing this with a Hardcore campaign? The absolute challenge would be Hardcore, SA+SO, with 100% objective completion - but I don't think it's actually possible.

I'm currently working on it, trying to complete SA campaign on hardcore. 12 missions is the best result so far. I'm not sure if I have enough patience for it tbh. In freelancer, it's like more restrictions you have more you depend on RNG. I'd say SASO with all objectives would be just too ridiculous RNG fest because of many objectives focused on killing guards.

Silent Assassin isn't an obtainable title in Freelancer, as it's not exactly a title, but rather a perfect ranking you get for completing a mission with 5 stars. (All objectives completed, no [non-accident/poison] bodies found, never spotted, etc.)

"Silent Assassin" Play Style (the game's name for end of mission ratings) isn't available in Freelancer, even if you are a Silent Assassin. Most play styles with "Assassin" at the end are available as the closest to Silent Assassin in Freelancer (although some require non-SA criteria such as witnesses or bodies found).

Yes, it counts as an accident and if tranqed body is found it doesn't ruin SA. But keep in mind, if you move (touch) tranqed body you will lose SA if it's found.

I believe it is only non-targets who are tranquilized that are okay to be found while maintaining Silent Assassin rating. In the main game missions at least, if the targets are found when tranquilized, it voids Silent Assassin.
