If a pilot or bus driver must adhere to such rules to ensure the safety of their passengers, surely politicians in charge of our National Safety should be held to a high degree of competency too. Of course he wears a lot of make-up. He was well-trained as he was bounced on Harper's knee. Harper applied the stuff with a trowel, and always looked like he had been made up by a mortician. Not to mention eyeliner and mascara, and the occasional touch of lipstick when the occasion called for it. He had a make-up artist and a wig stylist travelling with him at our expense.
