Honestly, up to you! The points in W would take advantage of the tank stats more, but I still really like the shojin amp on base 6 points r. Always a game of choice with Udyr :)

Great question! Katarina wincon is where my head was at. Usually, with a kat all you need to do is be tanky and bear stun everything. I still love the rift second :)
