I have family members who are Masons. They have meetings and do charity work. Big deal. I am also a non practicing Catholic. The church has some very serious problems because of the behavior of some priests and other church officials. Freemasonry is not much of an issue. Their biggest problem is the hypocrisy. That's why so many people are leaving. It's sad that church leaders like political leaders believe in conspiracy theories.
