Yes. True. We (Me and my wife) once a few month are taking time aparat. One is taking care of our child and other have alone time. Sometimes that is 10 or 14 days. And then we have time together as a family. It is important - you train to love your soulmate even if she/he is in other place. And after years od mariage I recomed :) this form of alonetimespending just for myself.
