haha, yeah thats what we were going for, I specifically took a lot of time in order to make sure the continuity was good, if you noticed all of the scenes flow from one point to another, there isn't really a gap from one scene to the next. We worked really hard on it :) Thanks for the comment.

Removedfish20 Legend has it that they're still running to this day! Always start with baby steps and you'll slowly get better and better. Body type doesn't matter in this sport! As long as you're having fun that's all that counts. Good luck!

In asthmatic but i play football(soccer) and im the best on the team.If u keep practicing the less amount of times u have to stop and take your inhaler,just take small steps.(Im not bragging im trying to help you)

Flipping isn't too difficult, just takes some commitment when you're learning. It took me about a month to have a decent backflip. Took my friend one day to get a decent backfllip. It all depends on the person. Check out some tutorials for different flips and other parkour techniques like wall climbs etc.
