Love it! Thanks so much. I started to have a problem that line slips from my hands at the bottom of the bounce and now I probably know why.

This is good stuff man! The most common mistake I see is doing the swing too early. Second most is doing them too late. When you nail the swing, you will feel the momentum carrying you up like crazy!

Loving your videos... Insta sucked while you were down with the injury... Me and my 15YO daughter were working on this (we alternate rigging Paradigm or this). 1) How long was your line? 2) Any tips to help get us over the line a bit more? Line is 75M. 3) How tight do you like your Paradigm? We tension with 3 hangovers for the first person and then re-tension with 1 after that. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mpSmoX2FiJysadk

75m is a bit long, and trickier to learn rocket mounts on. My advice is to slow the whole rocket motion down for longer lines-- especially the last kip. Wait until just before the top. Also, one thing i didn't say in this tutorial is that if you want to practice the Press step, find a picnic bench or a low wall that you can stand on, place your hands flat on the table/wall with your arms straight, and try to jump your feet up onto the table/wall without removing your hands until your feet are on. This will help you get the "butt lifting" motion dialed. The tension of the line depends a lot on the length, but for 75m, I would put about 2.6kN Hope this helps. Good luck!

Yo!!! I got my rocket mount!!! Learned it here. It was a journey . *Great step for me was going rocket to ddk (got that idea from your Insta). That felt badass and motivated me to unlearn/relearn the steps. Really got the swings down and learned the value of bouncing up hardcore from the bottom. Also, you can tie the leash a bit short and get a little extra pop while learning. Final que was trying left foot inside of hands after so many close outside attempts.
