That fellow on the hand cart with you... his accent is SO west African. Foo foo (fufu?) It isn't starch that's removed, it's cyanide! Apple pips also have cyanide. Pounded yam, in places like Nigeria, is much better than foo foo. And with egusi (melon seed) soup not okra.
