I'm a little late to the party I recently binged watched the show and I will tell you What was compelling about it for me was the government involvement funding the war in Nicaragua through the sale of cocaine that ravaged the whole country. All law enforcement involvement " good and bad whether it was DEA , FBI, or CIA. It shed light on a lot of things. Rick should be tight about it and rightfully so with it appearing to be about him. With that said it was an excellent show.
