The difference is that you are going out and killing someone as oppose to the state proving beyond a reasonable doubt that someone is guilty and then going through the appeals process automatically and still found guilty and sentenced to death, one is fueled by feelings and should not be a norm in society while the other is a process of proving why the individual should be put to death

There isn't, or at best its a fluid response and/or classification. According the any stats, those who would be considered 'brown' are a variation of white.
