No, it's OP when reach Luo yi 3 star, but if u use 6 ele 6 mage it could be more consistent

If you want consistent, go for mage. Play mystic mage and slowly transition to ele + mage. Astro and immortal are hard in early game but will be powerful once you reach late game with 3 star hero.

If you want a consistent strategy, use commander ling (duel skill). This allow you to gain a guarantee stack each round. I prefer to put chou, he has high skill multiplier which allow him to get more physical stat with the immortal synergy.
