WEEK 1 VIDEO - • FREEZER/PANTRY CHALLEN...
Morrocan Chicken
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken or turkey thighs
1/2 large onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (makes it f spicy)
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/4 cup lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
4 hours on high in crock pot or 8 hours on low. 15 minutes on high pressure in pressure cooker.
Serve over couscous or rice!
