А ветер? Если нет ветра, то ощущается теплее чем у них.

@@Andreyhello Если мало снега, то почему-то всегда холоднее ощущается. С ветром всегда холоднее будет чем без него. Большую роль играет влажность, если влажность высокая легко получить обморожение. При сильном морозе влага испаряется и уже такая разница не ощущается

How is it possible to live there? I like skis and winter, but under -15-20 Centigrade it's too cold. You have snow but also strong winds and hard frost.

It only gets that cold for two or three months. When it's very cold people will mostly stay indoors.
