Anyone else think that Freezing is like a higher budget Kill la Kill? (***Possible Spoilers Ahead***) Both start and end similarly, beginning with a school ranking system to explain the difference in enemy abilities and end with a ridiculous outer-space fight. Both had the "two best fighters" fight each other under the circumstance of one being mind-controlled. Both involve "over the course of a fight, clothes get rekt", etc. Anyone else have similar experience?

I have written quite a few fanfics about Freezing. Unlike the themes presented in the series, my fanfics tend to be a bit darker and grittier. You are meant to ask yourself: “What happens when knowing too much goes too far? When the wrong cages get rattled and twisted secrets are unravelled?” There are also psychological themes in my stories. For instance in an upcoming story arc in my fanfictions, the pandoras of the world have let their success go to their heads and do not care for competition. Martial law is declared after the war ends. Mass arrests are carried out, and pandoras enforce many legal and penal functions in civilian lives. There is a resistance standing against it. The figurehead leader is a ruthless vigilante I call “The Phantom Prowler”. Kazuya is the real leader, but masquerades in the public eye as a soldier who the others call “Victor”. Satellizer is in hiding, reflecting upon the life she chose, as the events that unfolded around her had given her pause, leading her to question the pandoras’ assignments. It is, in summary, a civil war to take back the world from an oppressive occupation. The pandoras are derogatorily called “Gestapo” due to their heavy handed methods. It is like a cross between dystopian science fiction, psychological drama, war on the brink of apocalypse fiction all rolled into one. What do you think?

@@Tangent12121 well, at least if you want your fix, there’s my fanfics. I mean there is the occasional ecchi moment, but that isn’t the point. There are also references to Lovecraftian lore. The untouchable queen does battle with Atlach Nacha in one story I wrote. If I adapt it visually I would add in the credits “Atlach-Nacha created by Clark Ashton Smith”.
