Freezing Lemon Juice In Ice Cube Trays

Today I will be freezing lemon juice in ice cube trays. These ice cubes come in so handy when you are pressed for time and you need a small amount of lemon juice for your recipe! These don't last long in my home! Sometimes, this works great for a nice glass of quick homemade lemonade!

Lemonade anyone....!! a lot of my cooking group recipes call for Lemon juice. Sauces, marinades, and all kinds of Fish, and even some summer drinks and cocktails. great idea of hers to freeze the juice into cubes . thaw them out , or a short time in the microwave. either way they will become ready to use. thank you Susana for the tip. maybe next video you can prep to freeze some lemon zest. some of the recipes call for it also, especially in baking . and sauces. OLE`
