Great video. I love watching your videos and I love your idea of freezing the fruits and have been doing it now too. It makes it so easy to drink water. And thank you for the tip on Late Harvest. I am usually not a red wine drinker but Mmm Mmm Mmm...This wine is so delicious! It's too bad that you weren't able to go to the winery with Grammi and Poppi! I bet you were so missed!!! And yes, please do bring us along with your journeys. Would have loved to see that high end mall. Hugs!!

aaww hugs to you too Nat. :) you are such a sweetheart. Freezing the bananas really turned out great. Also with the fruits already in the bag -- after about an hour or so of putting the bags in the freezer -check on the bags and adjust the fruits a bit so they don't freeze together. :) have a great day in my lovely Seattle! :)

I freeze my bananas too, I peel and cut in half, so i use the half that I need for my smoothie. and thanks for share the way that you freeze the fruits, I didn't tought about that before. I will do it the next time. hugs ☺ Natalia

I remember too well. You will surpass the younger ones. Life training will get you far as a nurse, just wait and see. Becoming an RN is one of the best life choices I made. It was not an easy path to get there but worth it, I promise.

Peel banana lay on flat parchment or tray.Freeze and store in freezer bag.
