​@@4KTrainVideosPlease, consider the noise of the train going by at speed. You are obviously not directing your attention to a possible approaching train while fouling a track. Here is an actual Rule that will keep you safe: Expect the movement of a train or cars at any time on any track in either direction. You were standing on a live track at a road crossing with limited sight distance at a curve. Imagine yourself on the locomotive approaching a person in your position. What do you do? Does he see me? Is he deaf? Can he hear me? "Oh, Lord! Please get off the track!" " Oh, S@&#T! should I 'big hole' this bi$#&h?" What if there is a loose band strap on a load, flopping and bouncing along? You will never hear it. It can silently decapitate you in a tiny fraction of a second. Stay 30 feet or more away from a passing train. Hope you will be safe while you tailfan from a distance.

That container looks new and the hazmat placard was empty so no caustic material and it's probably empty. I seem to remember MTH modelling these and putting 2 on a flatcar but can't remember if l ever knew what it was called. Basically, l think it's for liquid product that doesn't require the volume of a tank car and can be forklifted or craned onto a truck to be placed stationarily. I haven't geeked out on rolling stock for nearly 25 years.
