Freightliner cascadia DD15 engine bad turbo noise low power

Also, the damage found can be greater that expected and it can result in a massive engine failure.
this was presenting a noise on at high RPM (low rpms/low turbo rpm no noise) this was coming from the turbo assy. internally the turbo turbine was damage causing this issue. solution, replace the turbo.
