I have a slow coolant leak from a hose behind reservoir tank - anybody know what that means?

Where does that small breather hose connect? From the coolant to where?

Just connects to the top rear of bottle and hang down to the floor.

wait till the stud on the firewall spins with the nut, gotta use a sawzall to cut the tank out to get it out of then spend an hour getting the remaining plastic out of the way from the tank enough to put a pair of vice grips on the end of the stud and work the nut off the stud (13MM GEARWRENCH). just a fair warning if anyone runs into this issue, it's the first freightliner i've ever ran into over 100s that had this issue. vice grips, a good dye (if it'll fit..) or run the old nut up and down the stud until its smooth when you go to install the new overflow DO NOT PUT ANOTHER NUT ON THE STUD AND RUN IT DOWN TO TRY AND TIGHTEN THE STUD TO STOP IT FROM SPINNING, WHEN YOU GO TO INSTALL THE NEW OVERFLOW IT WILL NOT LINE UP PROPERLY, MAKE SURE THAT STUD IS BUTTER SMOOTH, WHEN YOU TIGHTEN THE NEW OVERFLOW ON IT, IT SHOULD BE SMOOTH ENOUGH TO LET THE NUT RUN DOWN INTO THE OVERFLOW MOUNT AND TIGHTEN UP ON ITS OWN!

Based on what I've been seeing it could be your head gasket.

Oil mixing with coolant.

Found the problem and changed the oil cooler and flash out the old coolant.
