The person who says that it's pathetic is not educated on dog mental health. This dog is clearly happy because through these tricks, it has clear communication with its master. I have an English Bulldog and he can do most of these tricks. He's a very happy dog because he knows what I want from him and I know what he wants from me because of all the training. To the lady who did this, KUDOS! You did a wonderful thing with your dog. She's precious and every so smart!

I always keep Sita off leash while training or on walks in general (away from cars). I started training her to follow me and to come when called when she was just a puppy. I used to play hide and seek games with her on walks and encouraged her to follow me. I never ever go after her, she always has to follow me. Training is fun for her, so I never had problems with Sita getting distracted.

I think this is incredible. What an amazing feat for both dog and owner. I agree bulldogs are stubborn and this took incredible patience. This is only a 1 year old frenchie.

My Frenchie came to be after his family got displaced during Sandy storm. He was 1yrs old. He didn't come to his name didn't come or know any commands. I trained my Golden Retriever and he learned so quick but My Frenchie took for ever first to just come then to sit and then lie down or go lie down in his bed. All this took forever. So I am very impressed with all the things you taught your beautiful French. I so wish you could share you technique.

amazing! i trained my dear departed rhodesian ridgeback, spike to work as a therapy dog, that was easy. since then i've had 4 frenchies. i have had no luck training this breed to do tricks. my 11 year old, hazel (brindle,like sita) has been with me nearly every minute of her life. she is as loyal and sweet as they come, but fully lives up to the "bulldog" part of her personality. i have to say you must be one of the best dog trainers i've ever come across. you & sita are an inspiration .
