French Bulldog Puppies Whelping Room Breeder Tips/Advice

This is My French Bulldog Puppies Whelping Room. For the first few weeks I spend a lot of time in this room with my French Bulldog Dam and her French Bulldog puppies.
I try to make the room as comfortable as I can for both her and I. I highly recommend if it all possible that you have some extra help relieve you from time to time. Before you breed a litter of French Bulldog puppies please do lots of research. Get a good mentor or 2. Make sure your French Bulldog is parasite free & do some health testing.

Do a lot of research before you attempt to breed them. Get yourself a mentor or 2 for some insight. Definitely check on them throughout the night.

Hello, Thank you! I keep the room around 78-80 degrees when the pups are born. In the beginning I only take them out the incubator to eat & let mom clean them. Then they go back inside incubator until next feeding.

I generally keep the puppies in the incubator for the first week or so. Sometimes longer. Everything depends on the mom and the current situation with the puppies.

Hello, when they are born I do indeed use an incubator. I do NOT use a heat lamp. I take the puppies in & bout of the incubator every 2-3 hours around the clock. I do NOT leave them with the mom unsupervised until I am confident that she will not hurt them. That's generally around day 7-14 for me. Each Dam (mom) is different. I am extremely observant & I know my dogs.

Breeder tips/advice from someone who just set up a room and has all brand new stuff thats never been used. Please make the room darker for the dam and the pups. A little less insta a little more comfort.
