The circular saw holder was the best part of this project!
@seanbrotherton5424 жыл бұрын
The magnet strip is friggin' awesome!! Throw it on and it sticks! Mine end up on my table saw fence or placed anywhere besides where they're supposed to be. I like simple. I like easy. I like common used items to be in plain view. I'm not disciplined enough to meticulously place everything like some of the "Display Window" shops I see. I'm not knocking those guys. I just cant do it. Your ideas work for me and I can't thank and acknowledge your work enough. The more the better. Keep making more storage ideas! Thanks again

Can you talk a little about the battery charger? I'm a Makita guy also and have the same charger. Your french cleats always look waaay sexier than mine. My question is how does the charger stay fixed? When you remove a battery does it tend to lift off the cleat or did you do anything else to fasten it to the wall? Would appreciate any feedback. Nice wall sir!
@AGlimpseInside4 жыл бұрын
My solution is to put a small wedge of plywood Back there so when I lift up, it all stays in place
@seanbrotherton5424 жыл бұрын
@@AGlimpseInside Is it possible to get a pic? Do you mean it's on the back on the cleat side? I was wondering if the entire holder lifts off the cleat or if the weight of the charger and the plywood keeps it in place. I see myself grabbing the battery and having an entire charger and mount come off the wall with it. Yeah.......im that guy 😖 Really appreciate you responding! Already shared your channel with some friends 👍

Hey, another nice easy build, great job. What's the long orange thing on the wall, looks like a speaker?
@douglasbailey68345 жыл бұрын
On the circular saw cleat, how do you keep the cleat from coming off the wall when you slide the saw up under the small brackets. To be, it would just lift off.
@AGlimpseInside5 жыл бұрын
The circular saw simply just comes out when lifted up about a half an inch and pulled slightly. I see what you mean I’m just careful when putting it back in and taking it out that’s all

Off the wall and into the work piece. Im a lefty, but still.. grab a screw gun with my hand..boooom! Drive a screw. I dont juggle flip switch etc. Grab n go bro. Just me?

StupidEarthlings You got a great point here brother. Not to mention that it might be possible to grab the impact driver while scraping your arm on a drill bit that was left installed on the drill underneath. Not that I would know from experience or anything I’m just telling you from my friends point of you… Yeah… My friend. Good point brother I appreciate it.
