Ive watched some french fries vids from Pakistan and id say this one couldve been clean. Like, they already had the fry scooper but still they use their hands. Some small stalls i watched dont have scooper, and they always use their hands in mixing and serving. I mean, yes the bacteria gets k*lled while frying but why use hands on grabbing the cooked & seasoned fries?
