Political instability can impact FX but life for most people does not change just because a government came or went, so for everyday people life is the same every day so if you predict Euro value based on everyday people activities then this is not some big event, it's not like COVID when people suddenly were stuck at home or got sick with a new diseases so that was 10000x worse and yet even with COVID the Euro did not crash. But that all depends what "crash" means to you, most would consider it 20% = crash but that is that going to happen???

The US system is very different, there is no such thing as a vote of confidence so a government cannot fall. The worst case the President is impeached but the GOP controls all of Congress so that can't happen. Trump is more secure than any president in US history. In 2 years in 2026 mid term elections, if Trump loses Congress then the Democrats could cause him major trouble but that is 2 years away.
