Ingredients:
2 Slices of Country Style French or Sourdough Bread
2 Cups of Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 Apple
Brie Cheese amount per preference
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Reduction Sauce
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
1) Slice the Brie, Apples, and Mushrooms thinly.
2) Sauté the thin slices of Mushrooms with a little Oil or Butter with Salt and Black Pepper until golden brown.
3) Butter the Bread, spread on the Dijon, top with a layer of Brie, Apples, Balsamic Reduction, Mushrooms, and another layer of Brie.
4) Grill the Sandwich on a grill or griddle over medium-low heat, allowing the cheese to melt, and the bread to crisp up without burning.
5) Once grilled, allow the Sandwich to cool for 2-3 minutes, and then enjoy!
