Our demos are not choreographed. We improvise each presentation, drawing on our entire dance repertoire. This means that in addition to the content conveyed in the workshop, our demos contain elements from different levels. We want to show what is possible in dance, but we do not want to give the impression that the workshop participants should also be able to do what is shown. We see our demos as an incentive to continuously develop in dance.
In particular, please never dance lifts and tilting elements without training!
