i bought the whole set only 19.90 inculdes stamp, scraper, image plate and 2 colour polishes! is it cheap or expensive?

I got this and the manacure tip plate however, I can't seem to get the tips placed properly. Is there a trick to doing it right?

not expensive/ geez the kits cost way too much, id rather paint my tips on or buy one of those rubber thingys that do it
