French Model Railway Layout in N Scale

The French model railway club, Association Françaises des Amis du N, presented its large modular model train layout called “The train station of Chalon-sur-Saône”. The model railroad system is built in N scale showing typical French locomotives and trains. More information and some photos are available at www.pilentum.de, for free.

I wish we could see more panoramic shots of the whole layout. All the close shots leave us with no impression of the whole layout. Still, the modeling and details are wonderful.

David Richie yes... I agree....the Pilentum videos are the best...so well done....but the only thought I had was that a wider shot or two that showed the layouts overall just to give context would be excellent.The other thought was to upload two versions....one with the real sounds including crowds etc and the other with just a soundtrack......tag the videos AMSR and a whole new audience of people watching for relaxation would emerge...and be introduced to model railways!

Nice....but a too "neat". It LOOKS like a model. Age rolling stock...refuse here and there...discarded items...
