It should be also considered that people who come as immigrants do not leave their strong allegiance to their country of origin hence they should not be allowed to occupy position of political authority. They can never be patriotic. There will be conflict of interest.

The very controversial part of this new law is how foreign students will be treated (they will need to pay a caution to get in France and there are more controversial parts). Also, the law will make a big difference in treatment between educated foreigners and not educated, some will get accepted more easily in the country if they work in the medecine’s field for example. It also plans to make it more difficult for foreigners to get the nationality by the « droit du sol » - the right of land
