From the U.S. - got to give him credit for being strong enough to jump into an open military vehicle and look straight at the people and wave during this age. Incredible start. 🇫🇷🇫🇷 Vive Le France

Almost all of our Presidents have done this in the last few years. This is nothing special or impressive.

Prouvaire: Like frank says, it's quite ballsy actually after the last couple of years of terrorist attacks in France.

It isn't "ballsy" when every other President has done it, including Hollande in the last year.

We were there that day, as tourists, trying to go to the Arc but they closed it down for the parade. Didn't realize this was happening (because we weren't really following up on the politics), but we stayed to watch it. It was cool to be among the crowd and I guess kinda be a part of French history.

France have a right to be smug with their president and its a beautiful parade filled with hope and courage.

Nice and best wishes for France under Emmanuel Macron after his win over Trump's French ally Marine Le Pen. Parade would have been different if Marine Le Pen had won over Macron since she would deliver Frexit later on as promised. From the United States a Hillary Clinton Barack Obama and Macron Supporter
