Great video, yet again I learnt something from you, thank you very much! I checked the French-speaking sites for any mention of the bread's origins but unfortunately I found none. Btw, I sense we can expect Tarta de Santiago soon if the newsletter will be about Galicia 😄

I also searched French websites and found nothing about it except that it comes from Bordeaux 😅 It's a bit strange the lack of information on it!
