Sonntag morgens in Brest mit meiner Oma Zuerst in den Stall und eine Kuh gemolken, dann in den Hühnerstall und Eier eingesammelt Buchweizenmehl kam frisch von der örtlichen Mühle. Öl kam keins rein....oma hat aus einem Teil der warmen Rohmilch Rahm geschlagen und der kam samt Milch und Eier in den Teig Göttlich wie es dann geduftet hat❤

Bon boulot. Propreté nickel. Excellent choix des ingrédients. Adaptation au goût allemand. Bonne idée la New York avec pastrami. Galettes bien garnies. La bonne humeur et le sourire en plus le tout saupoudré d'un accent français à couper au couteau. 😀😎 Pas étonnant que ce soit un succès. BONNE CONTINUATION 😉🤗🤗

@@TomdaBerlin auf der Schokoladenverpackung steht kann Spuren von Nüssen und Schalenfrüchten enthalten, aber er verwendet keine bei der Zubereitung der Schokoladen-Creme

Pour moi, ce sera une galette NEW YORKAISE j’adore le cheddar (j’aime tous les fromages d’où qu’ils viennent…j’ai la chance d’être Française) et en dessert une crêpe au BEURRE tout simplement mais salé le beurre…évidemment😉Martin est trilingue quand même et pour un Français, c’est déjà pas si mal👍sa fourgonnette me rappelle une série bien de chez nous~Louis la Brocante~ Je ne pourrai pas prendre ma « mobylette » pour aller me régaler, l’Allemagne c’est trop loin, par contre, nous côtoyons le même bel Océan Atlantique, lui en vacances, moi à l’année. Joli reportage, sympathique personnage, très cool. MERCI❣️❣️❣️

Looks divinely delicious! I thought Russian pancakes and French ones were almost the same, but we fry the pancake on both sides (a must), because they were originally baked in the oven, and they were baked there on both sides at once. Pancakes in paganism were associated with the sun, and a whole week and a holiday are dedicated to their eating - Maslenitsa. It is before Lent.

le concept super , le top il fait sa pâte lui même ce qui est plutôt rare .. mais la garniture c'est vraiment léger , pour un repas c'est vraiment vraiment light ..dommage !

He really needs to scrub the grill top surfaces with a pumice stone, too much sediment stuck to it, jmho. Great technique and they look good! He obviously loves what he does. Blessings to him!

@@TomdaBerlin Hi, danke dir für dieFrage, wir haben Martin mal gefragt: auf der Verpackung der Schokolade steht, dass es Spuren von Schalenfrüchten enthalten kann. Aber es werden im Herstellungsprozess keine Nüsse verwendet.
