Hi, - MOFA & HEC attestation of any document is not required for French Visa. - IBCC certificate itself is mandatory if you are applying for bachelors and optional if its for masters but its better to take IBCC and Bachelors Degree and Transcript (Masters) - Regarding Bank Statements I am not sure but generally its past 6 months but if you are on scholarship then its not required. (Do check the details from someone else too).

hi brother , im aswin roshan so i have bbooked my appoitment my visa aponitment on 20th this monthso i have booked for accomodation for 15 days for visa purpose even though i have the housing certificate from my university along witht the booked ticket (dummy ticket ) departure date as 24 th sepember , so my question is that my visa assistant is saying that it is safe to book the real ticket before the visda process because it will increase the visa chance rate , so i said can we book the flight ticket like 3 days before the course starting date they said no it is not posssible we have to only book one day before the course start date , s what do you think shall i book the ticket like 3-5 days before the course starting date the via officals will accept it right ??

Tickets don’t matter for visa process, whether you have bought it or not it wont make a difference.

They ask about your introduction, past degree, work, why france? Future plans? Its very generic dont worry. Regarding accommodation, better to get a space whether Crous or a private one from studapart, livin france or any other site but dont leave it for september, its very hard to find a reasonable studio in france for students.

Process in Pakistan is different for us everything happens the same day and we get a call about passport collection which can take as less as 2 days and can upto a month too. Not sure about NOC!

Thats totally fine, i cant say hard or easy but as per work exp is concerned that req is fine. Other factors matter more such as bank statement (if its not a scholarship) and your interview at embassy.
