You should check out the glorious taste and texture mix of the Lotus Biscoff cookie used as edible spoons for Talenti pacific coast pistachio gelato. The texture from cookie and creamy with the combo of properly portioned pistachio nuts is a mind blowing level of amazing 🤯

That chocolate cookie was probably my favorite that week.. I had high hopes for the french toast but idk if they screwed mine up somehow but it was like runny in the center.. not just underbaked but like raw and wet. Ew. Wedding cake cookie sucked, and those little candy balls might as well be actual beads bc they'll break your teeth just as quick. Their semi sweet chocolate chunk with the flaky salt is top tier tho.
