French Toast Pull Aparts

We would make a french toast casserole at the retirement home i worked at. Cut texas toast in half and line them up in a hotel pan. Pour the egg mix on top and let soak then bake at 350 covered. We would make a brown sugar maple cream sauce to put on top and we would pop it back in to carmelize. So effin good.

I like that they have a brunch on a weekly basis. Your French toast pull aparts look delicious. And thank you for sharing how you made the mixed berry compote. I used to get a waffle that had a strawberry compote with whipped cream on top. It's been well over 10 years since I've had one. It is definitely my favorite breakfast though.
