French Valley Parkway Phase 2 Project Overview

The ramp/bridge after the on ramp to the I-15 should be situated on the left and the ramp to the I-215 should be on the right. As a driver/user this makes more sense. I want to go North on I-15 so instinctually I want to be in the left lane (not the right lane). If I want to go North on I-215 I instinctually want to be on the right lane (not the left lane). If people have to think too much than there WILL be accidents.

So you’ll have northbound 15 traffic entering from Winchester now merging onto the 15 at the same area where northbound 15 drivers are merging over to exit Murrieta Hot Springs. Sounds like you’re just creating a new bottle net up river.

Trucks staying on the 15 will still have to make their way over to the left lanes which adds to the cluster of madness and so far everything done on the southbound side hasn’t helped at all… But great! At least something is being attempted. Should’ve been done soooo many years ago.
