Frenchman's Bay Ontario Travel Vlog Video (Ontario Travel 2021)
In today's Travel Vlog Video we take a journey out to Pickering, Ontario- Frenchman's Bay!
We took our Tesla & Family on a Adventure to Frenchman's Bay Park, Beach and Canal!
We had a bit of a detour along the way there but it was best for us because the kids were able to play at the park playground, use the portable toilets and have a nice stroll and walk along the boardwalk and get a full 360 degree view of where we are and where we are going.
Met some local residents along the boardwalk- they were very friendly and nice and gave us a quick route how to get to the Frenchman's Bay Beachfront. One local resident was even fishing and let me know what types of fish and activities are there in the harbor!

The boardwalk offered beautiful views and sculptures to see.
Once we spent some time there we headed off to the Beachfront and Harbor Canal.
When we arrived there was a lot of vehicles but plenty of parking along the road on both sides.
We started off our walk by the beautiful little ecosystem info station.
From there we strolled along for a long walk along the path.
On this path there was a lot of portable toilets (Johnny On The Spot) to use when in need.
At the time the beach wasn't over crowded and people were enjoying the sun and beautiful beach. People were board surfing, canoeing and kayaking as well.
The sand was super soft and the water was warm to swim in.
Some people mentioned the water isn't too clean because the power plant is not too far from that location but we the water was clear and no algae at the time we were there so it was fine to swim in and a lot of people were swimming.
It's like with any lake- use at own risk.
There is a yacht club on the other side and more fisherman on that side on paddleboards as well.
The path was nice to walk on and enjoy bike rides as well.
There is even a Volleyball Area!
The Canal Harbor Pier was nice to walk along and take some scenic photos on the rocks.
Overall this is a great place to spend the day with the family
