Thanks Dain! 😁👌💕🙏 I use clearing the PesJr a lot (and it's brilliant thank you!) and I add into the mix - peoples fears (so PesJrf). Something I wanted to share is that I find I can be quite neutral with a person until I feel judged by them (which I can feel), and that creates a defence in me to judge them back as a way of needing to self protect and separate from them so I'm not at the affect of their judgement (I had quite a toxic childhood unfortunately) but anyway if I'm judging someone it's usually because I feel somehow threatened or unsafe, not because I'm wanting to limit them but to prevent being limited by them and their perceptions 🙏
