आदरणीय राम राजू सर आपको हार्दिक नमन इधर 2021 मार्च से हमें अपने स्वभाव के विपरीत परिस्थितियों में विचरण करना पड़ा लेकिन हमारा ध्यान केन्द्रित रहता था स्वयं को समझने में स्वयं से बात करने में अहर्निश लगे रहते थे कभी मन में अत्यंत आनंद खुशी एवं उत्साहित रहते थे। लेकिन स्थूल शरीर थक जाता था। भूख वगैरा की परवाह नहीं रहती थी। अकेले में बेहद खुशी मिलती थी बस आन्तरिक इच्छा यही रहती थी कि काश हमको एकान्त की स्थिति मिल जाती यही परम तत्व से याचना थी। सो मिल गई और आपका सानिध्य भी प्राप्त हो गया। आपने जो जीव का जीवन चक्र बताया आंखें खुल गईं अगर सच्चे लगन के साथ दृढ़ संकल्प कर सत्य को अपनाकर यात्रा प्रारंभ कर दे तो परमात्मतत्व को पा लेने में कोई विघ्न बाधा नहीं। आपको कोटिश: अन्तर्नमन।🙏🙏🌹🙏🙏

Very good explanation why we take so many births to experience what you want.. as every body has his/her free will.. The chakra activation holdd good why every body has different belief system to become..! One has to swim in Dhyan Ganga not physical Ganga water..! This is everybody's ignorance being carried from many birth time hence we face many sufferings in every birth life..! It has cleared why we carry different belief systems..! Very nicely concluded. In Dhyan or meditation comsmic energy enter through Brahm randhra ya dasham dvar and that energy hit on kundlini or pranshakti which than go upward cleaning nadis.whwreas in shaktipat, sadguru give cosmic energy to disciple which hit on kundaliny and energy start to go upward cleaning nadis and curing diesese.so, this is difference between meditation and shaktipat. You can activate your kundaliny through meditation otherwise kundaliny activated by sadguru, but, in meditation, energy flow of kundaliny Shakti is control by sadhak himself whereas in shaktipat ,kundaliny Shakti is controlled by sadguru till it reach sahastra ,the dasham dvaar ya Brahm randhra.so shaktipat is like rope way ,or plane where meditation is walking on path self without any outer help of any sadguru.advantages and disadvantages are there narrated above .sadhak can choose as per his or her capicity.

Very nice information .I just want to add about music while meditating.that some music is very helpful in meditation.many available on net like Alfa ,gamma which can carry your state of mind at particular laevel. Sir said that Bhajan is for the people who are at muladhar .but i want to add some Bhajan or song is so powerful that it works in meditation too.I can give example of Mira's song.it's available in CD form.if you just listen, within sometime your mind can feel something that you can feel Meera though the song words.it's my experience.I used many music while meditating.in meditation ,anyone can adopt any music or even any song no matter it's Bhajan or filmi song, just it touch your heart is your music.so there is no limitation of songs or music while mediating.

Time to lagta hai dhyan me Sabse badi uplabdhi hai Logon dheeraj rakhna hoga etni jaldi results nhi milega click Kiya aur Dhyan ho Jaye aesa nahi hota 12th Tak education Lene me bhi 12 saal lag jate h aur graduation karne me bhi 15 sal To es Sabse badi uplabdhi pane time lagra hai
