Assalamualikum Brother, I got the request for the S56 a few days ago. I few questions in this regard: 1. I got married in Feb 2023 so should I mention the marriage in s56? If I don't add it now will it affect anything for me and my wife as I have to apply for her subsequent visa later. 2. If I update my marriage now, is it possible that my wife will get the visa along with me? Any idea do I have to apply for a subsequent now or it will be granted along with my visa without doing anything? 3. How can I extend the timeline of 28 days as it is mentioned I have to provide all the updated things within 28 days for s56. Currently, I want to delay this as much as possible, as I am busy with a few other things. Thanks in advance.

Chances are very high for a grant, as the documentation is very simple, if you are fulfilling it correctly then you get it. In my circle I haven't heard anyone saying that he got a rejection in 476. Thanks @@mehakdeepkaur2088

Sir, my father name spelling is the same in my all documents from CNIC, passport, educational documents etc. But in my siblings documents it is spelling mistakes. Is my FRC can create problems for me?

What do you mean by siblings document? If you are talking about FRC then you can make a new one with correct spellings.

1- You can check this on PEC website. 2- Bachelors & Masters both have equal chances of getting 476.

First of all, you have to work on your points. More points, better are the chances to get invite. Right now, WA and Victoria has announced their 491 plan. This decision can be made after your skill assessment because each of the above state is prioritising few occupations for 491/190.
