University of malta. Is kind of not cheap for you know. If you have seen their requirements. Then their is, logically, nothing I can do except I am applying to another school for u.

not like mandatory but recommended. that if you get in your field of study, you could be attended faster but it has to be your level of study at least. not going for cleaner or waiter job after BSc, at least professional jobs

You can use both. Or euro if you have the exact money in euros. Because foreign accounts will definitely boost your chances
