i have these flowers too, grows easily and fast, don't need much care at all. I like it with various shades of blue, purple and then to pink when you use lime/lemon juice to drip in. It makes colourful hues, and pleasing to the eyes.

Based on my experience, you have Burnt your Blue tea. It should be cooked on hot water without fire and let it seep for several minutes. it should look like light blue in color when its perfect, in your case you just burnt your Blue tea. and its burnt blue color makes it unappealing to me.

They actually tasteless...so you may add lime or mint to get extra flavour...if you add lime or any acid it will oxidised to turn to purple

In Thailand, where Sros lives, there isn't much call for dairy in dishes, as it's a bit of a rarity. Many Asian people are lactose intolerant because of this and get calcium from other sources than dairy milk, like fish bones and such. Coconut is far more accessible and less expensive than goat milk.😊
