How do you go about applying makeup on skin with heavy acne or patches? As a new MUA I almost dread the day that I get a client with heavy acne no matter if it’s one area like the forehead or cheeks or all over the face. I approach my method heavily with skin care and I wouldn’t want to do anything that would only inflame the skin and especially not set well on top of the acne.

I’m Mongolian and I have high & strong cheekbones like hers. I don't think standardising Western beauty as the 'ideal' for many years helped a lot of us as kids. Growing up, I got made fun of because of my butt, and now there are women who are literally dying getting BBLs. Even my lips got made fun of and now tons of chicks are looking like Donald Duck trying to emulate them. This world is absolutely nutty. High cheek bones are gorgeous - I hope you've learned to accept your God-given beauty and are rocking it, honey!

I’m from Kyrgyzstan and my initial reaction to seeing the model was, “wow, she looks so kyrgyz”, but then realizing that the model is Mongolian, it makes so much sense! Kyrgyz people and Mongolians mixed through generations and have similar features, but usually I can tell the difference, but this model looks super kyrgyz, too. She’s a Mongolian beauty ❤️

OMG! I loooooove this session. I learned a few things and simply adored how you designed this look based on her features and not try to make her look like everyone else. You truly achieved the essence of makeup which is to enhance and bring out our better, more polished self.
