The value of mango is 30 kg
1.salt ----500g
2.Mustard --250g
3.Cumin --250g
4.Dill --200g
5.Chilly powder --300g
6.Asafoetida ----30g
7.Groundnut oil --3 liters
Process;
Step 1: Harvest Raw Mangoes
Step 2: Cut Into Pieces
Step 3: Add Salt
Step 4: Season in Sun-Light
Step 5: Air Dry the Mango Pieces (3 days to dry)
Step 6: Mustard cumin dill Must be grinding all of the dough
