Bro, I'm a new subscriber to your channel, and these days I'm watching each one of your video. Here are a few suggestions that I enhance your work quality. 1) There must a connectivity in each question, starting from background, university, personal projects, first job, early experiences, current experiences, tech stacks, future goals. Would be nice to ask if they have to learn something, what approach they will take. 2) Background music is a little to loud. If you want to keep it, make it less loud because that will help to focus more on talks.
