I am in Forest, Ohio, the epicenter of this eclipse. Nasa notified this village of 1300 a few years ago that we are "it." We don't have hotels/motels, but we are having a festival atmosphere with food trucks, vendors, and activities for kids. We shall see how crazy it gets! Enjoy your salad and the rest of your day!

I normally go by taste...try 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp vinegar, salt pepper garlic powder pinch of sugar and oregano
